If you’re looking to make a positive change in your overall mental, physical, and spiritual health, than Health & Wellness coaching is for you.
How will we meet?
I coach people via phone or video-conference, from all over the world. I can coach people based anywhere in the world, as long as time differences allow it.
How much do you charge?
Our first meeting is complimentary, and is designed to see if coaching good fit. After that my sessions range form $25 to $80 per session depending on type and length.
How long would we work together?
This will depends on what you want to achieve. A typical client will work with me for 3 to 12 months to achieve all the changes they want to.
Why should I pick you?

This workshop provides tips and training on how to effectively manage the stress, change, and challenges in the midst of a pandemic. Participants will learn about the effects of stress, how stress affects our minds and bodies, and strategies for coping.
